Wilgenhof residence

Total project budget: R14 700 000

Stellenbosch University’s Wilgenhof residence project involved electrical upgrades, the replacement of beds, internal room refurbishments, repainting, new floor finishes, and bathroom and common-area upgrades. There are also facilities for mobility-impaired students on the ground floor. In total, the improved spaces comprise: 

• 94 student rooms
• 4 bathrooms and kitchenettes
• 2 mobility impaired rooms on ground floor
• 1 mobility impaired bathroom upgrade
• 1 common room
