SUFM’s Business Management Department provides administrative and systems support, maintenance, and training to internal and external clients. Through financial and systems controls, the department protects all resources entrusted to SUFM, and ensures timeous and accurate financial processing and reporting.

Madeleine Malan

Director Business Management

Madeleine ensures the division’s strategic objectives and plans are met by providing stable and efficient systems, managing budgets and forecasts, and approving and controlling financial expenses.  

Annatjie Venter

System Application Administrator

Annatjie provides financial and administrative support, approving and processing  financial expenses, monthly financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Ayanda Bangani

System Application Administrator

Ayanda is responsible for installing, updating, and troubleshooting Facilities Management’s suite of software applications to provide an effective and adaptive Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) service to FM’s co-workers and end-users and to resolve all integration issues in SU’s IT system.

Joshwin Dreyer

Business Information Officer

Joshwin is responsible for processing financial expenses and for monthly financial reporting. He assists with the system administration function, and with approving, monitoring, and compiling requested systems reports when required. He is also tasked with ensuring the resolution of integration issues to SU’s financial system.

Nathalie Koen

Financial Officer

Nathalie looks after the financial processing of maintenance works orders, goods received notes, creditor’s invoices, and stationery inventory control.

Cleo Julies

Administrative Officer

Cleo provides administrative support to the Directors: Business Management and Development, Planning & Design. She assists with travel, meeting and function arrangements, and financial tasks in support of FM’s finance division.
